2012 Membership & Dues

Membership packets for 2011 were mailed March 14th.


At the January 2012 Board meeting, Kent Shelby stated that there are currently 86 families on the waiting list.To get on the waiting list please download, print and fill out the New Member Application Form and return to the membership secretary as detailed on the document.

Dues

This year's dues remain at $400 and must be paid by May 1, 2012. Checks should be made payable to Southwest Swimming Association and mailed to the membership chair - Catey Terry, 508 S. Garth Avenue, Columbia, MO 65203. Failure to pay dues by May 1st will result in termination of membership.

Selling Seasonal Membership
Members wishing to temporarily sell their membership for one summer must notify the membership chair Catey Terry in writing by April 1st. Seasonal memberships cannot be sold after April 1st.

Terminating Membership
Members wishing to terminate their membership should provide notice, including membership certificate number, to the membership chair Catey Terry, 508 S. Garth Avenue, Columbia, MO 65203, by April 1st. Arrangements will be made to collect your membership certificate and any tennis keys. Your original membership fee will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
